If you’ve been watching the Olympics, you’ve probably noticed some interesting circular marks or colored tape on the bodies of these athletes.  Olympic athletes compete and train at such an intense level that injuries are inevitable.  While they have some of the world’s best trainers, doctors and physical therapists available, many of them swear by some common alternative forms of medicine to improve their ability to function and manage pain.  Three common methods that are being used quite frequently are cupping, dry needling, and kinesiology taping.
